1992 - 1996 Financial Summary

The following tables summarise the Group's audited consolidated results for the years ended 31 December 1995 and 1996 and proforma combined results for the three years ended 31 December 1994 together with the Group's audited consolidated statements of assets and liabilities as at 31 December of 1995 and 1996 and the proforma statements of combined assets and liabilities as at 31 December of 1992, 1993 and 1994. The proforma combined financial statements of the Group have been prepared as if the structure of the Group prevailing at the commencement of the Company's shares being listed on the Stock Exchange had been in existence since 1 January 1992.
