The man at the helm of the team is Mr. Chen Shulin, Mark.

Chairman and Managing Director

Mr. Chen Shulin joined the Company on December 5, 1996 as Chairman. Then on January 1, 1998, he assumed the position of Managing Director as well. Mr. Chen is also Chairman of Ng Fung-Teck Soon (Holdings) Ltd. and a director of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd.

Born on April 1, 1954 in Heilongjiang, China, Mr. Chen obtained a bachelor degree from Beijing Foreign Languages Institute and a master degree in business administration from Victoria University, New Zealand.

Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Chen worked as a senior official in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Corporation (MOFTEC) responsible for bilateral trade policy between the PRC and North America, Australasia and as a commercial attache in Australia and New Zealand. He was also a Deputy General Manager in Investment and Development Department of China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and Managing Director of a subsidiary company of China Resources Holdings in Thailand.

Over the years, Mr. Chen has accumulated substantial experience in strategic planning and corporate development which is of great value to the Company’s growth.
